Darren is patient and caring. He often checks on his students when they have doubts and brings a very chill zone for us to study in rather than a strict environment and he also makes sure that we understand what his saying before carrying on to explain further and jokes around sometimes to make the classes more fun

Teacher Darren is a really patient and awesome teacher who explains concepts effectively :D He is willing to clear my doubts even when I text him late at night. He has helped me get an A1 and A2 for my e and amath respectively and I would recommend him if you need extra support in math

Thanks to teacher Darren, my grade jumped from C6 in prelims to A2 in O levels. His teaching methods and clear explanations really helped me get a grasp on certain topics i struggled on previously, and his last minute additional lectures before O levels really helped me a lot.

As a student in Acer, I can definitely say it is one of the better ones out there for Math. Throughout primary school I was a B student, and in Sec 1, I scored C6 for my WA1. As a sec 4 today, Acer has allowed me to achieve a 90% consistently for EMath from S2 till' S4 prelims. The tutors are superb and have a great understanding in the subjects they tutor, to be able to explain it so well to secondary and primary students. Moreover, they go the extra mile to connect with their students. My first tutor Mr Kenneth did the same, and it made me feel more excited to go for tuition every week because I liked the tutors there. In summary, Acer provides good resources, tutors and a conducive learning environment for their students. :)

Teacher Zach (Junction 9 Branch) is deeply committed to inspiring students to develop an interest in learning math. He tailors his teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student, including my son who is a slow learner. He even goes the extra mile by sacrificing his personal time to keep my son after class, allowing him to practice more. Before exams, he carefully plans additional lessons to address my son's weaknesses. He also encourages my son to reach out with any math questions at any time. In less than five months, my son achieved his highest-ever math score. I am incredibly grateful for Teacher Zach's passion and dedication to helping his students improve. My girl was enrolled for P4 Math with Acer Academy @ Junction 9 at start of Term 4, and her score went from 60+ to 90 for end of year exam the same year. Now she is P5 and will be continuing. My girl enjoys her learning at Acer, her feedback to me was always positive. Whenever she encounters with solving any problems, the teachers will explain in details to her and in a way she could easily understands. Unlike some centers where the teacher only sits at the desk and teach via the projector, at Acer, the teachers will walk around and check on the students and sit with them to help. Thank you Tr Jae Won and Tr Kevin for helping my girl to excel in her Math.

My son was having issue with understanding his P3 math. Was deciding a few tuition centers and went for a few trial sessions. Decided on A+Cer J9 branch because the follow up was good. They have proper system setup to communicate with parents and also give feedback on which area your kid is weak in. Compared to other centers in Yishun I went to, they even mix up my trial dates and very sporadic and unreliable communication. My son enjoys the math lesson and teachers Kevin and Jawon are good with kids and very encouraging and motivated to help my son improve.

My girl started going for tuition at Acer two years back. It was an incredible journey for us. From the Admin to the Teachers, they are really attentive and flexible. The teachers really make the effort to monitor my girl's progress and help her in areas that she is weak in. They also update us regularly. Admin is always there to help us rearrange the classes that we have missed. One of the best tuition centre we are glad to be in.

I like how Acer's tutors are dedicated to my child's personal needs and progress. I could always inform the teachers if there are any tests coming up, what the topics are, and the tutor will prepare the materials accordingly and guide him. Acer Academy (Junction 9) have well-established teaching methods which is customized based on individual student's needs and capability; it's not a one-size fits kind of tuition centre. Their teachers are well-trained and flexible when it comes to coaching students during exam periods. My child is enthusiastic about attending the classes and have grown to love Math.

After my son study in Acer, he became more independent in study and able to do his homework. Acer's teacher will teach my son if he cannot solve the math problems. My son likes to study in Acer. He also can study better at school. For me as a working mother, if i could find the right teacher to guide my son in his study, is a privilege. Well done Acer.

Acer Academy (Aljunied) has been a fantastic experience for my son who is in Primary 4. From the very beginning, Teacher Asher and his team have shown a high level of attention and professionalism.
